Course Entry Requirements & Learner Responsibilities

Entry to all courses is at the sole discretion of FaceRemodelling Artistry Ltd, trading as Faceformation Training Academy. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any applicant where we believe the course is not suitable or where the entry requirements have not been met.

Where appropriate, applicants may be invited to attend an interview or consultation to assess their suitability for the chosen course.

To enrol on a course, learners must comply with the following requirements:

  • Hold a recognised Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in facial and/or body therapy, or another qualification deemed acceptable by Faceformation Training Academy.
  • Hold valid and up-to-date professional treatment insurance covering facial and/or body treatments.
  • Review and study any pre-course learning materials provided before the course commencement date (where applicable).
  • Attend all scheduled training days in full. Partial attendance may result in the learner being unable to complete or receive certification.
  • Complete all required practice sessions, case studies, assessments, and submit the requested evidence within the specified timeframe.
  • Pay the required deposit or full course fee to secure their place. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
  • Complete payment of all outstanding course fees by the stated deadline. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment, after which all fees become non-refundable in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
  • Wear appropriate professional attire during practical training, consisting of plain, comfortable clothing or a beauty uniform with flat, enclosed shoes.
  • Ensure hair is tied back and away from the face throughout practical sessions.
  • Keep fingernails short to maintain hygiene and safe treatment practice.
  • Remove jewellery and facial piercings where requested for health, safety, or practical reasons.
  • Inform the tutor before the course begins of any medical conditions, allergies, cosmetic sensitivities, food allergies, injuries, or other circumstances that may affect or restrict participation in practical training.

Learners undertaking case studies before certification must clearly inform all models and clients that they are currently in training and are not yet certified. No learner may advertise or present themselves as qualified in the taught treatment until they have successfully completed all course requirements and have received written confirmation of certification from Faceformation Training Academy.

Faceformation Training Academy reserves the right to withhold certification where the required practical standard, professional conduct, or assessment criteria have not been met.
